What is included with my photo booth rental?
Every package includes a professional on-site attendant, premium props, setup and teardown, and instant digital sharing. See our Services page for what's included in each specific package.
What's the difference between the 360 Booth and Mirror Booth?
The 360 booths (360 Party, 360 Corporate Circle) capture cinematic slow-motion video as guests stand on a rotating platform. The Mirror booths (Mirror Moments, Corporate Mirror) use a full-length interactive touchscreen with filters and unlimited prints.
How much space and power do you need?
We require a minimum operating space of 12 ft × 12 ft, a minimum ceiling height of 10 ft, and one dedicated 120V electrical outlet within 20 feet of the setup location. Booking both booths for one event requires proportionally more space.
How long does setup and teardown take?
Setup takes 60–90 minutes and teardown takes 45–60 minutes for a single booth. Events booking both the 360 Booth and Mirror Booth require up to 120 minutes for setup and up to 120 minutes for teardown.
Do you allow outdoor events?
Yes, outdoor events are welcome as long as there's suitable weather and adequate overhead shelter. We reserve the right to suspend or relocate the setup if conditions become unsafe.
How far do you travel?
We serve Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, and surrounding Alberta communities. Contact us with your event location for details.
Can I add extra hours on the day of my event?
Yes, additional time is available subject to availability and is billed at an agreed overtime rate — just ask your attendant on-site or arrange it in advance.
How do I receive my photos and videos?
Digital photos and videos are typically delivered within 24–72 hours after your event, along with access to your online gallery.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A booking deposit is required to reserve your event date and is fully refundable if you cancel more than 14 days before the event. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, as the date may no longer be available for other bookings.
What types of events do you cater to?
We cater to birthdays, weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and fundraisers or non-profit events. 360 Party and Mirror Moments are popular for birthdays and private parties, 360 Corporate Circle and Corporate Mirror are built for company events with custom branding, and we also love partnering with non-profits for fundraising events.
Can I add personalized keychain favors?
Yes, Photo Keychain Favors are available as an add-on across our packages — guests get their photo printed inside a custom acrylic keychain to take home.
Can I book both the 360 Booth and Mirror Booth for one event?
Yes, combo bookings are available by request. Contact us directly with your date and venue and we'll build a package around what you need.
